D is 40

D turned 40 at the beginning of the month and instead of an intimate gathering at home, I planned a trip to Mexico. Yes, during a “pandemic” we got on a plane. Taking the recommendation of my sister we traveled to Quintana Roo, Playa del Carmen for six days. The mini-vacation was the perfect timing to decompress from the CV19 restrictions stateside and the cold weather of the northeast.

I found a two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in the Palmares Condo Living building which fit us comfortably. The building’s atrium surrounded pool was like a tropical oasis for the kids to frolic and enjoy. The condo had all the furnishings and appliances of a traditional apartment-having a washer and dryer was awesome.

We visited Akumal Beach to swim with the sea turtles. Then off to Tulum to explore the ruins and National Park.

The food was not so pleasing but the ambience and the warm weather made up for it. While there I decided to make it a “business trip” and produce a styled shoot. I packed two of my Petite Seats and collaborated with a dynamic husband and wife team to create a faux 8th birthday celebration for CC. Check out several of my favorite images from the shoot.

We enjoyed Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. Definitely a child friendly trip with lots to keep everyone entertained.

RADIATION DANGER--Mitigating EMF With These Products

We are in week three of this social distancing, national quarantine. I have been spending my days getting hella rest, reading, cooking, and researching. There are so many aspects to this CoronaVirus {CV} “pandemic” that do not sit well with my spirit. I’ll let you do your own research and come to your own conclusions on the matter. One piece of information that I want each of you to learn more about is 5G.

When I attended Penn State, close to fifteen years ago, I studied Electrical Engineering. I received a degree and basically forgot about most of what I was taught as an engineer. After weeks of listening to stories about the new 5G technology I went to my junk closet and pulled out several notebooks and textbooks, I kept from undergrad on the topic of electrical engineering. Most of my notes were on the basics of building power systems— how power, current, and voltage flow. I had notes on how to run and analyzed DC and AC power circuits. Finally, I reviewed the fundamental laws and rules used in all electrical circuits {e.g. Ohm’s Law, Kirchoff’s Law, Maximum Power Transfer, etc.}. I sat on this resurgence of information for about two days, then I went deep in all things 5G. I needed more than I was being offered from the major FAKE NEWS sources.

NOTE: Before I do this kind of research I click on my Chrome Extension for DUCKDUCKGO to truly “Red Pill it”. I don’t trust the censorship of Google or YouTube any longer. DuckDuckGo allows you to search and browse the internet without being tracked. It also protects your privacy online.

After spending a week researching my brain was bombarded with so many questions. I won’t go deep into my findings, as I mentioned before do your own research. The questions I needed to be answered that I’m sure will reveal themselves in the coming weeks are:

-What is the correlation between the installment of 5G towers and radiation sickness?

-While we are quarantined are 5G towers being installed on buildings, in schools, etc.?

-How will we know if 5G towers are near our homes, children’s schools, and workplaces?

-What can I do to mitigate the EMF of 5G to protect my family?

This last question caused me to research ways to counteract the harmful effects of radiation poisoning. Below is a list of products that will assist in protecting your family from the constant soup of electromagnetic frequencies we face daily.

1

IODINE

Check out the research —> Iodine + Radiation

SHUNGITE

Shungite is a black, lustrous, non-crystalline minerloid consisting of more than 98 weight percent of carbon.

“Shungite is linked to our Root Chakra, known as the Muladhara Chakra in Sanskrit. This is the energy we associate with entrenching ourselves to Mother Earth, and the core foundation of both physical and spiritual evolution. Shungite can be called ‘The Neutralizer’. Equally balancing the left and right sides of your body, or ying and yang.” Source

3

BLACK TOURMALINE

“Black Tourmaline shields you from the detrimental electromagnetic energies emitted from cell phones, computers, and the like. It shields you energetically by taking on the electromagnetic frequencies itself and safely stores it in its crystalline structure. Because of its deep black energy, it is able to hold a great deal of energy before it becomes less effective, at which point you can cleanse it energy and it goes back to work (more on that soon).” Source

EMF BLOCKING PAINT

Many people who live in cities will have to deal with 5G towers near their homes whether a streetlight or a tower on top of their buildings. I discovered a paint which manufactured by GEOVITAL, called T98. It is described as a shielding paint and is an effective protection against HF electromagnetic radiation.

“T98 is an electrically conductive primer for shielding against, and the leading away, of radiation. By applying two coats on a surface, shielding effectiveness of 99.999% against high frequency radiation can be achieved. In technical language, this equates to a protective attenuation of up to 50dB, and this at frequencies of up to 10Ghz!!! Also showing exceptional performance to the highest level tested at the time, 20 Ghz! (You need performance at the higher frequencies where it matters most)” Source

Headed For Self-Destruction: The Effeminization of the Black Male

My mind has been heavy with so many things. . . new sex education curriculum in my littles’ school . . . the over feminization of Black men . . . religious exemptions for vaccines being questioned . . . missing Black girls . . . the over-sexualization of children . . . Black mother’s mortality . . . hoe culture . . . police brutality… student loans… modern day segregation in schools. . . . my lil’ job the list goes on. Most people come home in the evenings and turn on the teLIEvision to be entertained. Me, I read a chapter in one of the three or four books I’m reading for the week. I can not stomach watching teLIEvision because I see the programming so clearly and it’s offensive to me.

On Monday, we witnessed the collective power of citizens coming together to convince NJ lawmakers to kill a bill that would force families of unvaccinated children to either homeschool, move out of state, or comply with injecting poison into their babies. In a very surprising vote, their voices were heard and the bill was killed. This translates to two more years of having the chance to waive “mandatory” vaccines due to religious exemption.

I’m pragmatic, we won this battle, but the war I’m not certain we will win.

The world is going to shit! In my research, you know I question everything, I asked myself how did we become such an immoral society, a modern-day Babylon? How did we arrive at a point when men dressed in women’s clothing can hold storytime at a public library? How did we arrive at a point when one in thirty-seven boys are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)? How did we systematically change the way women give birth, with 32% of women in this country delivering via c-section?

In my research, I discovered a man by the name of Yuri Bezmenov, a former Soviet KGB agent. He spoke of a term called “ideological subversion”. Simply this is:

“to change the perception of reality of every American to such an extent that in spite of the abundance of information no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves, their families, their community, and their country. It’s a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is divided into four basic stages.” {Source}

In my short lifetime, I have seen women being lauded as feminist to now being celebrated for being strippers and having the most reconstructive surgery. I have seen the slow feminization of boys, in the name of counteracting “toxic masculinity”. I have seen the CDC subscribe to 43 doses of vaccines from birth to 15 months. To my eyes and ears, something is truly wrong. To the people I often find myself in conversation with, its the norm. I always have to remember MOST people in this country are unaware of the game. They trust the “system”, they trust BigPharm, they trust the education and medical systems. They don’t understand we are pawns to the elite who truly rule this country. I think of life as a stage play with the puppets dictating popular culture.

Back to Bezmenov, here is the breakdown of ideological subversion:

Screen Shot 2020-01-16 at 10.41.16 AM.png

Time Frame for Cultural Warfare

Stage 1: 15 to 20 years complete + irreversible “American Patriotism”

Stage 2: 2 to 5 years

Stage 3: 6 weeks - The election of Trump

Stage 4: Infinite period -Current stage in our country

The United States is in a state of WAR. Undeclared, total war, against the basic principals and the foundations of this system (democracy.) The initiator of this war is… the system… the world communist system. — Yuri Bezmenov

If you want to go in-depth with how we have become such a demoralized nation I encourage you to research this concept.

Another issue heavy on my mind is the PUSH to feminize Black males. D and I are raising a Black son and we are raising him to understand there are behaviors that strong, masculine males do not do. The push within the media is to show Black men as soft, feminine-like. It is very little to no representation of an alpha Black man in the media. And yes, I’m excluding professional athletes. What do you think the result of this over-saturation of men dressed as women and effeminate men will do to the psyche of young Black boys? Particularly with a vast majority of them without fathers in their households?

It’s socially acceptable for a cross-dressing Black man to share his neurosis with the world for likes, but a Black man speaking out against the injustices he faces will be banned from social media. It’s everywhere, children’s cartoons, sitcoms, social media, any instance where we allow the children to have screen time we have to explain why such and such is dressed like a girl or how can she be a princess and a knight?

To counter the programming I have told the girls biological there are only two genders, male and female. A male is born with a prostate and a female with a uterus. In rare cases, you have a hermaphrodite. Yes, my six and eight-year-olds understand this very simple, rational thinking. During our initial conversation on the topic, one asked if people that crossed dressed where confused. My answer was some were victims of childhood abuse and may be mentally ill.

This topic brings out the ugliness of the most peaceful people. You can never convince me that adults who consider themselves trans are mentally stable individuals who have positive self-esteem. Their presentation is a result of some type of trauma. Gender dysphoria (GD) is the distress a person feels due to a mismatch between their gender identity and their sex assigned at birth. A medical condition that requires intense treatment.

I believe the push is to create a generation of children who elect to be gender-neutral because it’s cool and acceptable. There is a website called TransKids. They sell products marketed to children who are “transitioning”. Check this out they sell “gender-affirming supplies”:

Adjustments.jpeg

What are we doing? “Gender dysphoria is a serious and persistent condition, psychiatrically distinguishable from other issues of gender-expansive expression or confusion, or sexual orientation that may normally occur during childhood or adolescence.” Children as young as 8 can begin to take puberty blocking drugs and hormones.

You ask a five year old what they want to be when they grow up and they said a pirate. Are you as the parent going to let their teeth rot, cut off a limb, and teach them to cuss in three languages. Hell nah! So when your five year old boy wants to wear his sister’s dress to the supermarket what is the responsible, well-adjusted adult thing to do? Tell his little but no, boys don’t wear dresses and get his butt in his car seat.

In the end, stage four, normalization, is indoctrinating an entire generation of children. To me the end goal is to normalize pedophilia and have children run the household, just like in the book 1984.

Adjustments.jpeg

What are you doing to protect your children from this type of indoctrination?

Close Of A Chapter

For 38 months I sacrificed mind, body, and spirit to be an Assistant Principal in a building fractured by people’s evil intentions, ineffective leadership, and low expectations {for staff and students}. From this experience, I’ve learned so much about the extent to which people who have a personal vendetta against you will go to cause you harm, oftentimes unprovoked. I worked for five years in a building with people with severe personality disorders. I truly appreciated mental health after being witness to the chaos and turmoil allowed to happen with a person’s mental health is left unchecked.

I produced a Valentine’s Day Girl’s group called “I LOVE MYSELF” to have a discourse about the importance of self-love and healthy self-esteem. We also spoke about the relationship between boys and girls, among other things that young women of color…

I produced a Valentine’s Day Girl’s group called “I LOVE MYSELF” to have a discourse about the importance of self-love and healthy self-esteem. We also spoke about the relationship between boys and girls, among other things that young women of color experience growing up in Babylon {a.k.a NYC}. It was dynamic and a safe space to share for the girls.

When you are confident and secure with who you are those who aren’t on the same frequency within themselves will become intimidated by you. Keep in mind you are not intimidating. They just are intimidated because of their own insecurities. I know when things aren’t working, the universe is trying to save you from something. I know that you will never be criticized by someone who is doing more than you. The people who have criticized me have done it from a place of their own insecurities and deficiencies.

Having principles, loyalty, and putting the needs of our students first is not everyone’s priority, especially in the space I left. By preparing I’ve eliminated the fear of losing my position based on the vendetta of others. I will wait for what I deserve. I know that being at HRHS didn’t work out because I’m divinely protected and the utter foolishness that was directed at me was not in my best interest.

As I sit here is a small untraditional high school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the third day since my divorce. I am taking the time to plan, be still, and be thankful for the shift. How do you know your manifestation is coming:

1. Loss of something

2. Odd Request

3. Tough Challenges

Check out Master Sri Akarshana speak on this idea of the Law of Attraction below.

I asked for great things, so I know that there will be great sacrifices and huge transformations. I know that without change no improvements can be made. I asked the universe to remove me from the toxic environment that I had to endure on a daily basis, and voilà my prayers were answered. No more holding on to things, I am releasing it all. I am ready to attract only light and positive energy. Being cautious and careful, I am trusting that the universe is preparing me for the greatness that is coming into my life. I’ll continue to vibrate higher.

During my training as an administrator back in 2014 we had two opportunities to share our Teachable Point of View . Leadership is an attitude, not a routine, or formula, or program. “It is a human activity that comes from the heart and considers the hearts of others” {here}. We had to model a speech we would give during the Back to School Night in our new role as building principal. In it, we had to convey our educational point of view, core values, and our passion for education. After being an AP for 38 months I realized a lot of what I held dear was missing in my work. Time for me to reclaim my time!

After giving my second TPOV my instructor quietly walked over to me and said, “You know white parents don’t want to hear about their kids going to school with black and brown kids.” His statement threw me for a loop and I tried to understand his intention in speaking these words to me. That was five years ago, today I know this to be so true and I know that one of my purposes in life is to create, work with, and be a Change Agent solely focused on the uplifting and enlightenment of POC.

I love myself enough to leave the table when respect is no longer being served. Everywhere I go I prosper. Everything I do always works for me. Back to the drawing board, time to truly manifest greatness without limits. I will say this about the people who were instrumental in me being removed from HRHS . . .

  1. Every action must have a reaction.

  2. As you sow, so shall you reap.

  3. Whatever we put out in the Universe is what comes back to us.

Whatever surrounds us gives us clues to our inner state. I am going to continue to work on being the best me and focusing on spiritual growth and vibrating on a higher frequency, by doing this it will be impossible for me to think about anger, jealousy, or revenge.

It’s been so long since I’ve blogged on my personal account. The reasons are plentiful, I’ve had to recommit to blog more. I’m inspired each day by the chaos in the world, so why not write about it.

What’s In That Water?!

Water is THE most essential element in life, yet the powers that be believe poisonings our country’s supply via fracking and industrial population is acceptable to big business’ bottom line.

The American Society of Civil Engineers gave the U.S. a "D" grade for the quality of its drinking water systems based on an evaluation of their safety, condition, capacity and other criteria. Of the 25 states with individual grades, none scored higher than a "C+."  Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Arkansas and Alaska all received “D” grades. (https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2017/08/14/63-million-americans-exposed-unsafe-drinking-water/564278001/)

CEO of Nestle considers clean water to NOT be a right for all. This is not surprising , from such a savage businessman. It is people in power like him who don’t find the water crisis in Flint to be a natural disaster.

As I explained to my littles the importance of clear water to them I created an experiment to illustrate my point. We used a pH kit to test the acidity of various sources of water. Check out the video below:

I remember comedian Earthquake joking about how basic things like air would be monetized in the future. Look at us paying $4 for “pure” spring water in a plastic bottle. Oh the irony. As Earthquake said, “I’m a have to put my air in my momma name.” What is your main source of water? Do you have a bottle service? Drink tap water? Have a water distiller?

For more than two years I’ve been drinking primarily bottled distilled water. I’ve been researching the best water distiller for home use.

What's Going On in Puerto Rico?

Being that D's heritage is Puerto Rican we have made it our destination for our annual summer vacation. We visit family, have daily beach jaunts, and stuff our faces with KuchiFritos {Puerto Rican Soul Food}. In the last two years we have noticed a change in the number of businesses we once frequented as several of them have closed.

Fast forward to Hurricane Maria, we haven’t been since the storm but we’ve read the reports,, heard about the lack of aid, electricity, and staggering death count. It amazes me how our “great” country supports less melanated regions, but their own territory gets minimal. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, I mean look at Flint!

Some Facts About the Commonwealth

"Puerto Rico is a commonwealth of the United States. It is a distinction that, for years, has carried many of the advantages of being a state and few of the downsides. Most notably, Puerto Rico receives federal assistance, but most of its residents do not pay federal personal income taxes.

But the lack of statehood is now hurting the island at its time of greatest need. Unlike states, which can authorize their municipalities to declare bankruptcy, Puerto Rico has no such access to bankruptcy courts for its government entities. That has left the island facing a chaotic debt restructuring with no legal referee.

While there are proposals on Capitol Hill to give Puerto Rico bankruptcy powers, the island’s status hurts here, too. Puerto Rico’s lone representative in Congress has no vote, which has hampered the bills’ progress." SOURCE

I began this post on December 31, 2018 and today is July 9, 2019. According to Amnesty International here are the key points a year after Hurricane Maria:

KEY FACTS:

  • Hurricane Maria, the strongest hurricane to hit Puerto Rico in nearly a century, made landfall on 20 September 2017. It compounded destruction caused by hurricane Irma just weeks before.

  • More than 44% of the population of Puerto Rico lives in poverty, compared to the national US average of approximately 12%.

  • On 28 August 2018, Puerto Rico’s Governor revised the official death count from 64 to 2,975. Prior to that various other studies had estimated the death count to be even higher. US President Trump has denied the numbers.

  • A year after Maria, tens of thousands in Puerto Rico are still living under blue tarps, designed as temporary roofs.

  • After a Federal Court decision on 30 August, Puerto Ricans temporarily housed in the USA lost FEMA’s housing support on 15 September.

God help us if a similar situation were to occur on the continental US.

From Teacher To Administrator

During the spring semester I made the decision to leave the classroom and venture into the administrative side of education. After being in the classroom for over ten years I've reached my maximum tolerance of not being able to effect widespread change. I was chosen to participate in the NYC's Leaders in Education Apprentice Program (LEAP). I had the opportunity to meet and work with 17 other educators who like me where able grow and learn together.

Eek . . . SJ is 7!

Our big girl is seven. I’ve been teaching her a new skill, a dying art, cursive writing. Also, how to properly use a knife and fork when eating.

Passports For The Littles

We finally made the journey to our local post office to purchase and register to receive passports for the kids.

Hospitals Are Failing Black Women

If you have been reading my blog you know I am a strong advocate for natural birth. A coworker just shared an article in which Serena Williams shared her birth story. Let's just say after reading it a range of emotions hit me at once. EMPATHY. . . SADNESS. . . ANGER. . . PAIN. Here is a woman who is in superior shape, her body is flawlessly perfect, unable to experience a birth without complications. This has transcended socio-economics and reached the common denominator, RACE. Black women are dying at a rate THREE times higher than white women during childbirth. This seems like a conspiracy, right?! How is this happening? Why has this not been shouted from the rooftops, similar to the MMR vaccine effecting Black boys so severely? What does the CDC and WHO have to say about this? Not much because the crime is against Black women.

I have been in a heightened state of awareness in regards to how the "system" has been set up to reduce the population of certain demographics {read between the lines}. I am currently reading, BLACK MATTERS: The Scientific Intervention In Our Affairs by ZaZa Ali, and my mind is just blown away by her research. If you want FACTS with peer-reviewed sources please get all three volumes of her book. She speaks about Eugenics, abortion, and birthing a new nation. She shares how sinister and vile the system truly is in regards to melanated people. Its like if you can not sterilize us with faulty birth control, or persuade us with abortions, you catch us on the back end with killing us via C-sections and unnecessary birth interventions.

I am tired of hearing about women dying during or after the labor of their first child due to C-Section complications. It's crazy!  Check out these articles on the topic:

The girls are huge fans of YouTube Kids and each time they watch I get asked about starting their own channel by SJ. I told her once we move out of our apartment into a nicely, well light house I would create a "studio" area for them. In the meantime I will work on perfecting my video capturing and editing skills.

So far we have created a few videos, check them out.

Faux Stay-At-Home Mommy

I have made a committment to blog again, consistently. I once used this site as a digital scrapbook/journal. Then priorities changed, life began to get FULL and I stopped. I miss it and Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook have not filled the void of being about to express myself fully. So self expression here I come.

Papito is five months and I feel like the almost six months I've been on "maternity leave" has gone so quickly. My status as a faux stay-at-home mom will officially be over in four weeks. Now I give props to mothers, and fathers, who spend years raising their children and not working away from home, but bruh' it won't be me. I am sooo ready to return to the classroom, adult conversation, and a bi-monthly pay check.

During the five and a half months I've been home I was able to give Petite Seats a lot of attention. Primarily the time was spent getting to know Papito and spending QT with the girls. Also, fulfilling the traditional gender role tasks D and I typically share. You know washing clothes, cooking exclusively, picking up the girls from school, etc. Doing these tasks further reinforced my thoughts on needing additional assistance in my household and I could never do this full time.

Vaccinated vs NonVaccinated

Finally a study with data comparing the nonvaxxed to the vaxxed.

The study was designed as a cross-sectional survey of homeschooling mothers on their vaccinated and unvaccinated biological children ages 6 to 12.

Compelling snippets from the research:

"U.S. is experiencing what has been described as a “silent pandemic” of mostly subclinical developmental neurotoxicity"

"The need for such studies is suggested by the fact that the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has paid $3.2 billion in compensation for vaccine injury since its creation in 1986."

Summer, Summer, Summertime {2017}

We have finally closed another chapter of our lives this summer. In August we purchased our second home.

After living all of our lives in cities, D and I made the decision to move to the county like setting of Sussex County, New Jersey. My commute is brutal, 3-3.5 hours on average, but we LOVE our new home. After 39 months of saving we reached one of our long term goals of owning a house with a pool and space to grow.

Puréed Baby Foods

Papito is venturing into the world of foods. With each of my children I have become more restrictive with the foods they eat. For instance, we were giving SJ organic whole cow milk from the age of 12 months. For CC, we gave her organic milk for six months then stopped cold turkey. I don't plan to let cow's milk past Papito's lips AT ALL. I am using Dr. Sebi's Nutritional Guide as the basis for all of the pureed food I plan to prepare for Papito.

” Mucus is the cause of every disease. Eliminate the mucus you eliminate the disease. ”  – Dr. Sebi

Dr Sebi RIP

image.jpg

One day while searching for videos on YouTube about the "perfect human diet" I arrive upon a two hour video titled "Dr. Sebi: Eat To Live". It was of poor video quality, but I said hey I'm in rush hour traffic let's see what this is about. It changed my life. There are very few prolific occurrences I can point to that have made me alter the way in which I live and think. Dr. Sebi is one such man that I've been obsessed with his teachings. And have earnestly tried to live according to his food list.

According to his company's website, "Pathologist, herbalist, and naturalist, Dr. Sebi has spent decades studying the plants and herbs of North, South and Central America, Africa and the Caribbean. His unique approach to healing the human body is firmly rooted in that experience.

Born Alfredo Bowman in Honduras in 1933, Dr. Sebi learned at the foot of his grandmother, "Mama Hay," and later, in treating himself, with a traditional herbalist in Mexico. On finding the healing he’d sought, Dr Sebi created a line of natural vegetable cell food compounds used for inter-cellular cleansing and cellular revitalization. Dr. Sebi is pleased to share his deep understand of traditional herbal and vegetable compounds through the USHA Research Institute, Dr. Sebi LLC, and the Usha Healing Village in La Ceiba, Honduras."

image.jpg

I tell D all the time if any of us becomes sick with cancer, heart disease, or any other host of diseases often treated with drugs, we are going to Honduras to the Usha Village or to Mexico to the Gerson Institute. No chemo, no pharmaceuticals.

The reports of Dr. Sebi's death are saying he died in police custody. My heart is heavy reading this news. Another holistic doctor murdered for the truth they teach. My prayers go out to his family. I hope they have the courage and fortitude to continue his legacy.

First Day of Kindergarten

In a previous post I mentioned we were sending the girls to a neighborhood school. We decided to give it a try and we were told it is the best public PK-K program in our city. Fast forward to the first day of school. We arrive to learn SJ will not have a teacher until October 3! Big red flag for us. In spite of this, the teacher's assistant made us feel confident in his abilities, so we settled on keeping SJ in the class until the teacher returned from her leave.
